        Location: Richmond, BC
        Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

        Company Overview:
        A well-established and growing print manufacturing leader is seeking a full-time in-house Maintenance Technician to support facility operations. This role ensures equipment uptime, performs preventive and emergency maintenance, and promotes operational efficiency.

        Key Responsibilities:

        Technical Oversight & Maintenance:
        • Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all equipment and systems.
        • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance scheduling.
        • Lead and implement preventive maintenance programs and system upgrades.
        • Reduce downtime through proactive part inventory management.
        • Ensure compliance with OHSA and company safety standards.

        Work Order & Budget Management:
        • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate technical tasks.
        • Maintain work order logs and equipment histories.
        • Track and submit expenses, seek cost-effective maintenance solutions.
        • Evaluate vendor performance and manage repair quotes.

        Onsite Visibility & Communication:
        • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, collaborate with operators and managers.
        • Escalate critical issues and maintain clear technical communication.
        • Support safety and cleanliness best practices.

        Inspection & Compliance:
        • Create and manage inspection checklists and schedules.
        • Conduct walkthroughs and prioritize repairs.

        Qualifications:
        • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance (print industry experience an asset).
        • High school diploma with trades training or college diploma in Industrial Mechanics.
        • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting required.
        • Flexible working shifts, on-call, and emergency situations.
        • Strong organizational and communication skills.
